Here are the standard materials and finishes of the T-HOUSE C.A.S.T. Model Series: Skeleton / Mainframe: Light Gauge Galvanized Iron Metal Sections coated with Elastomeric Paint. Outer Skin / External Cladding: Galvanized Iron Corrugated Metal Sheets triple coated with Elastomeric Paint and with 10mm thick Double-sided Insulation between Roof and Ceiling and between Inner and Outer Skins. Inner Skin / Internal Cladding: Wood Grain PVC Panels for both Walls and Ceiling; Laminated Bamboo with Insulation underlay and Polyethylene Sheet Membrane for Flooring. Will the entire T-HOUSE Product be delivered on site completely finished or by parts? There’s a maximum size that a delivery truck could carry allowable on national highways and fit through narrow local streets. Products like the 2x2x2 Cube or 2x2x3 Tube could fit inside a truck hence can be delivered finished or semi-finished. Bigger models particularly the 3x3x3 and the 4x4x4 Cubes shall be delivered by parts and to be rapidly assembled on site since most components are pre-designed and pre-cut or modularly pre-fabricated.
How much is the Shipping Fee? This is subject to a Quotation-Proposal, depending on the location. But to give an idea, delivery fee within a hundred kilometer radius from the point of origin (Cavinti, Laguna) is only P10,000 per trip. Between 101 kilometers to 200 kilometers radius, the price is only P20,000 per trip. It includes a driver and 2 handler helpers. Product Assembly on Site is excluded, which once again is subject for a separate Quotation-Proposal.
What’s the standard process when a basic T-HOUSE Product shall be built on a designated site? While the main product shall be prefabricated in our production plant off-site, the base or platform where the product will be placed shall be started and done by a local building contractor on-site. Smaller products like the 2x2x2 Cube and 2x2x3 Tube can be delivered complete while bigger products like the 3x3x3 or 4x4x4 Cube shall be delivered on site by parts. Assembly period depends on the size and on the scope of the project.

Fourth, utilities like for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fixture shall also be designed to the details.
