Basic amenities should include a common cooking and washing area as well as shared toilet and bath facility. Property caretakers should be present to serve as hosts for booked guests.
2. PRODUCT OWNER -- Purchase the T-HOUSE Product as an investment to provide a unique accommodation Glamping experience for others and for self. The Product Owner could use the accommodation and enjoy the Glamping experience periodically as part of the privilege. Being a partner, the Product Owner should help proactively with the promotion to ensure that the accommodation units shall always be fully-booked.
3. PLATFORM OWNER --- Proprietor and operator of the property technology and property management business, manages everything from research and development to design, innovation to construction, processes to systems, marketing to sales, accounting to administration, branding to booking, client relations and customer service, and all.
